Under the Packaging Division, Texchem-Pack, as a leader in the provision of world-class packaging for the high technology sector, offers thermo-formed packaging products, extruded sheets, plastic corrugated carton boxes and polyethylene bags/sheets. It provides a one-stop total engineering solution to the data storage high-end electronics, consumer electronics, healthcare, telecommunications and other industries. Texchem-Pack boasts an extensive CAD-supported mould-designing facility and a clean room environment, and places with great emphasis on R&D.

As part of the Texchem-Pack Group, Texchem-Pack (PP) Sdn Bhd * is renowned for its expertise in the extrusion of PVC, PS ABS and PC for IC tubes, air conditioning gaskets, vinyl tubes, floor liners, deckboards, biscovers and other profile products for the injection moulding of both heat and non-heat proof, hard conductive IC trays, shipping combs, plastic reels and other precision moulding parts for the semiconductors, connectors and other related industries.

On the other hand, Texchem-Pack (KL) is renowned for its ability to produce foam parts made from co-polymers of polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), and highly resilient HiPS foam. We have also developed various propriety EPS foam technologies. In 1995, we doubled our production capability warehousing facilities and delivery services. In 1999, we introduced Hiple Ace Triple Wall heavy duty corrugated paper products. 3 Thermoforming lines were also introduced in 2003 to meet the increasing demand of our customers in central region of Peninsula Malaysia.

To support its strategy of expansion into ASEAN, Texchem-Pack has set up companies equipped with state-of-the-art facilities in Thailand and China.
